Go to SAT preparation center, there you find practice tests and questions for the SAT that you can do online. There is also a mini-SAT, 68 questions timed test that is free to students. Each day the site also has a practice question for the SAT. There is also a link for Scholarships and Financial Aid. This information has been placed on the school's web page, so check it out. * College visits and any sort of job shadowing must be approved one week before the visitation takes place for the absence to be excused. Approval forms are abailable from Mrs. Caligiure. Seniors are allowed two days and juniors are allowed one day of excused absences. *College Night is scheduled for Monday, October 19, 2009, from 7-8:30. It will be held at Wayne trace. Junior and Senior students and their parents should plan to attend. G.E.D INFORMATION Mornings: 9-11:30 a.m. on Wednesday and Thursday *There is no cost for the 12 hours of instruction. Test fee is waived if the particpant completes the 12 hours of instruction. To register, contact Jim Jones at the Ace Academy 419-399-3345 PSAT- The PSAT test for registered juniors will be on October 14, beginning time TBA. The test will last approximately three hours. I will be registering students later in the week and will share a list with you at that time. The cost of the test is $13.00 and if paying by check, the check should be made out to Antwerp High School. College Night - There is a college night scheduled on Oct 19, 2009 in the Wayne Trace Auditeria. Financial Aid Night - There is a financial aid night on Jan. 11 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. in the Paulding HS Auditeria. A make-up night in case of bad weather is on Jan. 13. Vantage Trip - Eighth graders will be going to vangtage for a visit on Nov. 13 in the morning 8:45 - 10:30. Army Recruiter- Sgt. Steven Blankley will be here doing a lunch room set up on October 15 @ 11:30AM. Laptop essay contest- Juniors and seniors have a chance to win a laptop computer!
